Study On Effect Of Jiedu Decoction On Inflammatory Mediators Of Thoracolumbar Spinal Trauma Patients After Operation

Objective:It observed the changes of inflammation and coagulation index in the patients with spine trauma before and after taking traditional prescrition of LuoYang orthopedic Jieduyin, and studied its influence on the inflammatory mediators in the patients after the trauma therapy. For traditional Chinese medicine in the reasonable application of orthopedics post-traumatic perioperative basis for objective.Methods:according to the principle of random and control, to divide the 60 patients complying with the standard of this research into two groups:30 people in treatment group and 30 in control group.Both groups patients are being treated by the classic "severe systemic infection and septic shock treatment guidelines for foundation treatment,after exclusion surgery contraindications, both groups were given open reduction and internal fixation.the treatment group received Jieduyin decoction on the basis of Conventional Western medicine treatment,taking 7 days as one course of treatment. Observation and comparison the changes of the therapeutic indicators(APACHE Ⅱ score,and SIRS score TCM symptoms integral), laboratory indicators(TNF-α、IL-6、D-dimer. WBC) on the admitted day DO, third days D3, fifth days D5,seventh days D7, records of adverse reactions.To adopt statistical software SPSS19.0 statistical analysis of research data, draw the conclusion.Results:1.There were no obvious statistical significance difference between tow groups about age, gender, ISS score, SIRS score and APACHE-Ⅱ score and TCM symptoms integral, inflammation indexes before treatment (after trauma), WBC, coagulation index.2.on the third and fifth days the datas of treatment group,includes SIRS score and APACHE-Ⅱ score and TCM symptoms integral, inflammation indexes,WBC, coagulation index, different form control group’s, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared the dates of tow groups in 5 days and 3 day3,the observation detection indicators improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant.3.on the seventh days the datas of treatment group,includes APACHE-Ⅱ score,inflammation indexes,WBC, TCM symptoms integral, different form control group’s, the differences were on statistically significant (P<0.05), nevertheless, the differences on, SIRS score and coagulation index (D-dimer) were no statistically significant (P>0.05).4.Two groups were no deaths during the whole treatment, treatment group the incidence of SIRS down by ten percent compared with control group, the duration of SIRS was significantly reduced.Conclusion:Jieduyin decoction can reduce levels of inflammatory cytokines,excessive inflammatory response;improve the function of coagulation, reduce the incidence of SIRS after trauma,Shorten the duration of SIRS, can reduce the SIRS score and APACHE-Ⅱ score and TCM symptoms integral,Can effectively improve the body’s overall situation, especially in patients with lower temperature in clinical effect is obvious.This study no obvious adverse drug reactions, provides objective indicators for integrative medicine treatment of post-traumatic SIRS.
