Affect T1、T2 Breast Cancer Lymph Node Rate Of Single Factors Analysis And Investigation Of Postoperative Life Quality

Objective Explore the predictable TI T2 breast cancer lymph node rate of clinical Factors,Preoperative axillary lymph node metastasis for clinicians, choose reasonable operation way to offer help.To analyze the related factors affecting the life quality of patients with T1T2 breast cancer after operation, and provide evidences for clinical treatment and nursing.Methods To 82 th hospital of the PLA from 2003 to 2013,confirmed the clinical data of 134 cases(sample 1) of breast cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed.Count data rate is adopted the Likelihood thewire ?2 test.The survey research adapts QLQ-BR53 scale by European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer, face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted on 120 suitable cases(sample 2) chosen from 134 casesof(sample 1) breast cancer patients eligible, respectively in the first second days after admission, third months, Twelfth months after operation. The standardized score input into SPSS13.0 software by ANOVA test.Results Full set of patients are women,Aged 27~74,the median age was 48.Single factor analysis results show that the position of patient age,tumor size,tumor pathologic type ER PR Her-2 and T1、T2LNR of breast cancer have statistical significance. The score of QLQ-BR53 scale was statistically significant differences between the 3 periods.Conclusions Old-aged group、T1 group、other quadrants group、Special type breast group、ER(+) PR(+) Her-2(-)group the low level of LNR are more likely to choose Sentinel lymph node biopsy.The patients with breast cancer after operation now has faced poor quality of life, Medical staff need early comprehensive intervention on the problems which have occurred and will appear, to improve the quality of life better with the patients after operation.
