| ObjectiveBy collecting clinical data in patients with liver cirrhosis and esophageal varices explore the treatment of postoperative endoscopic ligation scab off of rebleeding risk factors.Materials and MethodsPatients column collection of Gastroenterology, General Hospital of Jinan Military Area Command from August 2009 to August 2013 period after diagnosis of cirrhosis and esophageal varices, history of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and endoscopy center line EVL alone Heal into the study, a total of 1226 cases,819 cases were male (66.8%), female 407 cases (33.2%); ages 31-82 years, mean age 52.00 10.42 earth years old. A retrospective analysis of 1226 cases accepted EVL surgery the patient’s age, sex, comorbidities, cirrhosis reason, with or without diversion, stop and splenectomy history, clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, endoscopy findings, imaging results, medications factor therapy, diet and other postoperative bleeding scab off and influence the prognosis of patients, looking for relevant independent risk factors. All data were analyzed by SPSS 18.3 software analysis. Multivariate analysis of risk factors for non-conditional Logistic regression model, then calculate 95% CI OR values of the independent risk factors and OR values. All results P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1. EVL total of 51 patients developed postoperative bleeding, scab off of rebleeding rate was 4.16%, of which 11 died, the mortality rate was 21.6% rebleeding. Varicose veins Grade classification, a liver function Child Pugh classification, surgical history, portal vein thrombosis, varicose vein ligation number, ascites volume, hemoglobin, portal width, prothrombin time, cirrhosis causes albumin obvious differences between the 2 groups (P <0.05).2. ascites, portal vein thrombosis, prothrombin time, hemoglobin EVL scab off of rebleeding after an independent risk factor.ConclusionAscites, prothrombin time, portal vein thrombosis, postoperative hemoglobin EVL scab off an independent risk factor of rebleeding. EVL severely impaired liver function, and is associated with abnormalities of coagulation and fibrinolysis in patients with appropriate treatment should take active measures to reduce the incidence of re-bleeding scab off. |
