Study On Electric Acupuncture And Moxibust Ion Therapy Based On Theory Of Dredging Governor Vessel For Regulating Mentality In Vascular Cognitive Impairment

ObjectiveIn order to find a more effective and safer treatment for vascular cognitive impairment, we observed the two groups (the treatment groups and the control groups), and compare the difference between both groups for treatment of this disease. At the same time, we also maybe have to do something for investigating effectiveness and feasibility, besides that, Speculate mechanism of this treatment is also very important for the studyMethodThe fitted sixty cases were all randomly be assigned to two groups, including the acupuncture combined moxibustion therapy group and commonly acupuncture group is, every group has thirty cases. Both treatment group and control group need to receive measures every two days, three times for which week, when talking the course, it is three weeks in all, and two courses is needed for all cases. Then we evaluated the clinical effect of the two groups by observing forms we have choosen at the beginning, curative effect is also important for evaluating.Result:1. scores for MoCA or its branches:on the whole, we saw changes or improves in both 2 groups, but just like other result we get from other tables, treatment group is much more popular than another group.2. Changes of froms or their branches:there are many changes in theses tables, total scores for SDSVD were improved in this two groups, Both two groups’SDSVD score had an improvement. Big difference we seen when compare treatment group and the control group, of course the former is better (P<0.05). What wen can get from the scores is that measures we choose for study group is perfect.3. when talking about branches from MoCA from, we can easily found that during all the branches the scoure for executive activation is shiny, which means big difference we could seen we compring with itself before and after the treatment(p<0.05). Improvements also can be seen for other branches, but value for P is bigger than 0.05.What we can not forget is that control group has some improvements at the same tme. visuospatial item changed obviously. But other ones were not significant (p>0.05).4. NFDS score:by paired t-test, the effect is superior than before treatment after treatment.5.Total efficiency:measures we took for treatment group is so good that we found value for P is much smaller than 0.05 when we look at differences in two groups. then, readers like us will realise that mabye measures for treatment group is a good choice for patients in VD. Conclusion:we supposed that electric acupuncture combined’moxibustion therapy had perfect effect for VCI.The evidence that why we think so are the scores of all tables we seen before and after treatment.we should let every doctor or researcher that when come with VD, we can try to use electric acupuncture combined moxibustion for the treatment, maybe has a surprise at the end.
