Private hospital is a product of national medical and health system reform.In the early 1990s, Mongolia’s development policy under the private medical institutions, private hospitals springing up.While some private hospital services can be a rapid development, but still far from meeting the needs of patient. In particular, although there are many contributing factors, but the hospital management deficiencies in the field of service marketing is one of the important reasons.To this end,this paper first the basic theory of service marketing,as well as development of private hospitals and its particularity are reviewed. On this basis, through the SWOT analysis of SD private hospital, service marketing present situation investigation and analysis, has been clear about the hospital development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. I think that the service marketing is the guarantee of the sustainable development of hospital. |
