The research is treatment for 14 days, which is in order to the traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral、SCr、Cys C、GFR and the time interval between get AKI disease to accept the treatment of RRT (follow-up of 3 months) as the evaluation indicators,to compare these teams’kidney function after treatment by3,7,14 days, to assessment renal outcome and the curative effect of TCM symptoms after treatment.what’s more, We can analys patients’clinical endpoint events (by RRT treatment)) in 90 days.Results1、Two groups are no statistical differences between gender、age、basis of disease、classification of AKI、A-on-C、the level of SCr which is before treatment、the level of Cys C and GFR (P>0.05)2、Compare with before treatment, the observation group’s SCr has no statistical differences after treatment on the third day (P>0.05), but has statistical differences on the seventh day and the fourteenth day (P<0.05). Instead, the control group after treatment of SCr compared with before treatment, there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); Compare with the control group, the observation group’s SCr has no statistical differences after treatment on the third day (P>0.05), but has statistical differences on the seventh day and the fourteenth day (P<0.05). Both groups’ SCr difference have no statistical differences after treatment on the third day (P>0.05), but have statistical differences after the treatment on the seventh day and the fourteenth day (P<0.05).3、Two groups’ patients after 3 days,7 days of Cys C compared with before treatment are no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), but have statistically significant difference after 14 days.
