The Study On The Wuyun LiuQi Rules Which Based On The Time Of Birth And Onset Of Children With Primary Nephritic Syndrome

The doctrine on yunqi whose guiding ideology is "Heaven correspond-ding" holistic views and the base is the theory of Yin Yang and the five elements reinforced each other, is an ancient and classic subject to infer the changes of astronomy, meteorology, phenology, hominal physio-logy and pathology by the deduction tool of Chinese era. It summarizes the unity and explores the rules between natural phenomenon and biological phenomena, therefore it not only reveals the disease incidence regularity but also provides thecorresponding prevention and treatment method. For a long time, a great deal of doctors have put it into clini-cal practice to guide the work of disease prevention and treatment, and they make significant achievements.ObjectiveThis study investigates the WuYun LiuQi rules of primary nephritic syndrome by retrospectively analysing the YunQi characteristics based on the time of birth and onset of children with this disease in different age groups, in order to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment, while it also aims to accumulate research experiences about applying YunQi doctrine to pediatric diseases.Methods117 samples in this study are patients in pediatric inpatient department of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital during 2011-2014. They are divided into three groups by the time of onset. According to the deduction tool of Chinese era, We get the corresponding index of YunqQi doctrine based on their time of birth and onset. After finishing statistical analysis, on one hand we have concluded the WuYun LiuQi rules in terms of birth and onset of this disease, on the other hand, we have compared and found the differences o-f YunQi characteristics of children in different age groups.ResultsThe present study results show that the children with primary nephritic syndrome are mostly born in the year whose year evolutive phase is strong metal/weak water/weak earth and the keqi of taiyinshitu, while they usually are taken bad in the year of weak fire/weak water/strong earth and the keyun of strong water/strong earth.By analyzing related indicators between different groups, it’s found that there is significant difference between group 1-3 years old and group 4-7 years old in the birth year evolutive phase of strong metal, while there is obvious discrepancy in distribution between group less than 4 years old and group greater than or equal to 4 years old in the indicator of birth keyun of weak water. Besides, difference exists between group 1-3 years old and 4-7 years old in birth keqi of shaoyangxianghuo. When it comes to onset, there is statistical significant difference between group 1-3 years old and group 4-7 years old in the indicator of keyun of weak earth.ConclusionsAccording to this study, we have found that the incidence peak of children primary nephritic syndrome in Guangdong area is 1-3 years old. The WuYun LiuQi rules related to birth and onset of children primary nephritic syndrome are similar to the pediatric patients in the group of 1-3 years old, and statistical significant differences about specially appointed indicators of WuYun LiuQi exist between different groups. Based on the study results, there is a conclusion that the functions of Zang Fu spleen and kidney in the children with primary nephritic syndrome are mostly suffered by the especial climate of WuYun LiuQi. Overall, it meets the view of pathogenesis in Chinese medicine that "like draws to like" So we can conjecture that children with primary nephritic syndrome are mostly born in the year whose heavenly stem is geng/xin/ji, and that the disease often outbreaks in the year whose heavenly stem is gui/xin/jia.
