ObjectiveFrom the perspective of imaging to study the relationship between dynamic enhanced MRI features of breast cancer and Ki-67, E-cad expression. To predict indirectly the prognosis of breast cancer through the imaging findings, and supply a reference for clinical guidance.MethodsGathering 60 cases of breast cancer patients from the first affiliated hospital of guang zhou university of TCM of mammary gland inpatient during December 2012 and December 2014, all patients were carried on MRI scan, dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI).60 cases of breast cancer patients sufferer carried on by pathology pathological Ki-67, E-cad immunohistochemical detection, and analysis the DCE-MRI characteristics (size, shape, edge, strengthening forms, the existence of lymph node metastasis, the types of TIC, maximum reinforced slope), We analysis the correlation of DCE-MRI features of breast cancer and tumor markers (Ki-67, E-cad) expression by the data statistical analysis software SPSS17.0, making use of non-parametric Spearman rank interrelation test, P<0.05 was thinked statistically meaningful, so as to provide basis for the validely evaluation of breast cancer.Results(1) Lesion size was positively correlated with Ki-67 positive expression (r= 0.298, P< 0.05), but with the expression of E-cad no correlation (r = 0.222, P> 0.05), the larger the mass, the higher the active expression rate of Ki-67.(2)Lesion shape with the expression of Ki-67, E-cad no correlation (r= 0.042,0.028, P> 0.05).(3) Lesions edge was positively correlated with Ki-67 positive expression (r= 0.319, P< 0.05), but with the expression of E-cad haven’t correlation, the lesions edge into irregular or burr the higher positive expression rate of Ki-67.(4)Lesions strengthen form with the expression of Ki-67, E-cad no correlation (r= 0.063,0.034, P> 0.05).(5)Lesions are combined with lymph node metastasis and incompatiblely correlated with E-cad positive expression (r= 0.349, P< 0.05), but with the expression of Ki-67 no correlation(r= 0.145, P> 0.05), and without associated with lymph node metastasis in patients, E-cad positive expression rate is higher.(6)TIC type was positively correlated with Ki-67 significantly positive correlation (r= 0.339, P< 0.01), but with the expression of E-cad no correlation (r= 0.040, P> 0.05), especially when the breast lesions tend to TIC III type, the higher the positive expression rate of Ki-67.(7)Maximum reinforced slope with the expression of Ki-67, E-cad no correlation (r= 0.122,0.077, P> 0.05).(8) Lesion size and lymph node with and without transfer has significant positive correlation (r= 0.509, P< 0.01), and lesion edge, the form of reinforcement, TIC types were positively correlated (r= 0.289,0.301,0.290, P< 0.05), when the bump is larger, the easier the happening of metastasis with the lymph nodes, the bump edge is more irregular and burr, strengthening form characterized by uneven ring more strengthening, TIC type more performance for Ⅱ type and Ⅲ type. Lesion edge was positively correlated with strengthening forms positive expression (r= 0.329, P< 0.05), when lesions characterized by irregular edge and burr, improved form uneven performance for the ring more improved. TIC and largest reinforced slope was significantly positive correlation (r= 0.574, P< 0.01), namely when the lesions TIC is Ⅲ model, maximum reinforced slope is larger.ConelusionThere were some correlations between DCE-MRI features of breast cancer(such as the lesion size, shape, edge, strengthening forms, with or without lymph node metastasis, the type of TIC, the maximum enhance slope)and Ki-67, E-cad expression.Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging characteristics can mirror the biologic behavior of breast cancer, which can provide reference for indirectly assessment of tumor prognosis and clinical.
