Objective To evaluate the clinical effect on breast pain intensity, breast lumps, menstruation, systemic symptoms of liver-qi stagnation breast hyperplasia treated by Xiao yao san jie fang combined with Ru pi fang, and the change of serum E2、 P、PRL, breast ultrasound after the treatment. In order to seeking a method that can improve clinical curative effect and popularization easily.Method Select 30 patients with liver-qi stagnation breast hyperplasia to be treated by Xiao yao san jie fang combined with Ru pi fang, a menstrual cycles for one course of treatment, continuous treatment of three courses. Observe the changes of clinical syndromes and breast ultrasound after the treatment, the serum E2、P、PRL were detected during the second~third day of menstrual period with fasting blood before and after the treatment.Result The totally effective rate of 30 liver-qi stagnation breast hyperplasia treated by Xiao yao san jie fang combined with Ru pi fang was 90%, After the treatment, the score of clinical syndromes dropped(P<0.01); the levels of serum E2、P、PRL dropped(P<0.01).Conclusion Xiao yao san jie fang combined with Ru pi fang is one of the effective methods in the treatment of liver-qi stagnation breast hyperplasia. This method can effectively relieve the breast pain, reduce breast lumps, improve breast lumps hardness, improve menstruation and two threatened fullness, irritability, depression and other systemic symptoms. Especially for the treatment of mild and moderate patients were more significant. At the same time,this method can significantly reduce the serum levels of E2、P、PRL, especially for mild and moderate patients were more significant.
