Analysis Of The Female Vaginal Measurement Value And Its Related Effects

Objective:Understand the women vaginal length measurement value and its related influencing factors.Methods:In December 2014 to February 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university during the west hospital obstetrics and gynecology for physical examination of the adult women vaginal length etermination and complete the examination of department of gynaecology and questionnaire, a total of 770 cases, and record the indicators of measuring value.Results:(1) 747 qualified questionnaires were, adult women perineum ultrasound measurement of vaginal minimum 3.10 cm in length, the maximum 8.00 cm, with a mean of 5.32±0.69 cm.(2)Different age groups, vaginal length value comparison, analysis of variance F=11.99, P<0.05, according to vaginal length measured value differences between different age groups was statistically significant,18 to 50 years old women has gradually decreasing trend along with the age increasing vaginal length.(3)Negative restructuring and reorganization of nonnegative vaginal length, t=3.897, P<0.05, the difference was tatistically significant, nonnegative restructuring vaginal length measured value is greater than negative restructuring. (4)Delivery compared with no delivery group, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, prolific vaginal length is not produced and single history to shorten the delivery, the difference was statistically significant.(5)A cesarean section and vaginal delivery vaginal length is shorten, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant;Delivered women have episiotomy, shorter than vaginal length without episiotomy group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; Postpartum negative restructuring compared with no negative restructuring vaginal length, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.(6)Sexually active vaginal length is not the active degree of group leader, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1) The adult female vagina average length was 5.32±0.69 cm.(2) The vaginal length measurement value decreases as the age increases. (3)The vaginal length measurement value decreased with increased vaginal delivery experience. (4) Urinary incontinence, often accompanied by vaginal length shorter.(5) Simple history of pregnancy, childbirth age and uterine position has no impact on length of vagina.
