The Clinical Analysis Of 96 Female Patients With Congenital Vagina Malformation

Object:To investigate the clinical character and therapy of female congenital vagina malformation.Methods:Retrospectively analyze patients of vagina malform-ation that accepted at the first hospital of Guangxi Medical University during the period of 2000-2007.Results:There were 96 patients of female congenital vagina malformation,in which there were 53 cases of Congenital Absence of the Vaginal of 55.2%,26 cases of Vaginal Atresia of 27.1%,17cases of Vaginal Septum of 17.7%((include 10 cases of Oblique Vaginal Septum,4 cases of Vagina Mediastinal,3 cases of Transverse Vaginal Septum);The department of gynecology sickness rate of female congenital vagina malformation was 10.39‰during the period of 2000-2007;The clinical manifestation mainly include primary amenorrhea(55cases,57.3%),cyclical lower abdominal pain (38cases,39.6%),Pelvic Mass(31cases,31.3%),difficulty Sexual intercourse or not satisfied with the Sexual intercourse(22cases,22.9%);Female congenital vagina malformation also merger other organs malformation At the same time,in which there were 80 cases complicated with congenital uterine malformation,there were 11cases complicated with congenital solitary kidney, there were 1 cases complicated with congenital dextrocardia;In patients of congenital absence of the vaginal:The average length of age of staying in the hospital was(25.1±3.7) y,in patients of vaginal atresia:The average length of age of staying in the hospital was(16±3.3)y,in patients of vaginal septum: the average length of age of staying in the hospital was(25.4±10.6) y;After reasonable treatment Most patients get alleviation of the clinical symptoms and physiological needs to be partially met.Conclusions:1.The most common female congenital vagina malformation was congenital absence of vaginal,and next was vaginal atresia,vaginal septum.2.The clinical manifestation mainly include primary amenorrhea,cyclical lower abdominal pain,Pelvic Mass,difficulty Sexual intercourse or not satisfied with the Sexual intercourse.3.female congenital vagina malformation Also Merger Other organs malformation At the same time,the most common was congenital Uterine malformation and Urinary tract malformation,the most common congenital vagina malformation which complicated with Urinary tract malformation was Oblique Vaginal Septum.4. The average length of age of staying in the hospital with patients of Vaginal Atresia was youngest(P<0.05).
