Objective: Through the detection of ovarian cancer tissue and normal ovarian tissue of CD24, B7-H4 and the expression of PCNA, clear in three different expression in ovarian tissue, analysis of the relationship with ovarian cancer clinical pathological indicators; Study of correlation in the three expression in ovarian cancer tissue. To explore CD24, B7-H4 and PCNA of joint detection of ovarian cancer early diagnosis and screening of high-risk patients can provide clinical reference value.Methods: Selection of Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical College Xingtai in Hebei between January 2012 and March 2014 archive wax block, all cases all section by two high qualification pathologist strictly according to the WHO criteria for a definitive diagnosis review in 2000, according to the history and pathological data of ovarian epithelial source selection of 20 patients with benign tumor, 52 cases of malignancy, including 16 cases of high differentiation, differentiation in 22 cases, 14 cases of low differentiation, lymph node metastasis is 17 cases, 35 cases with no lymph node metastasis, another for cervical cancer confirmed by pathology of ovarian resection surgery for patients with normal ovarian tissue 13 as a contrast, age 26 ~ 70, the average age of 50. Preoperative line has not been put, chemotherapy, or hormonal drugs. Used by immunohistochemical peroxidase labeling chain mildew avidin method(SP), the CD24, B7-H4 and PCNA in different tissues of the ovary were tested, finally combining with differentiation degree, with or without lymph node metastasis and clinical pathologic factors in comprehensive analysis. The statistical analysis with chi-square test and Spearman rank correlation analysis. To determine(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant.Results:1 CD24 positive signal to the cell membrane and cytoplasm of tan or brown staining. CD24 is positive in the cases of ovarian cancer in 52 cases of 39 cases(75.0%), in the cases of ovarian benign tumors 20 cases, CD24 positive expression in 5 cases(25.0%), 13 cases of normal ovarian tissue case CD24 expression 0 cases were positive. CD24 positive expression in ovarian cancer tissue in high differentiation rate was 31.3%(5/16), in the middle and lower positive expression rate of ovarian cancer tissue was 88.9%(32/36), between the two was statistically significant(P < 0.05); CD24 in the tissue of ovarian cancer with lymph node metastasis positive expression rate was 88.2%(15/17), in not accompanied by positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer tissues was 40.0%(14/35), between the two was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2 B7-H4 positive signal to the cell membrane and cytoplasm of tan or brown staining. In cases of ovarian cancer in 52 cases of B7-H4 positive 41 cases(78.8%), in the cases of ovarian benign tumors 20 cases, B7-H4 positive expression of 4 cases(20.0%), 13 cases of normal ovarian tissue case B7-H4 positive expression of zero. B7-H4 in high differentiation of ovarian tissue in the positive expression rate was 37.5%(6/16), in the middle and lower positive expression rate of ovarian cancer tissue was 86.1%(31/36), between the two was statistically significant(P < 0.05); B7-H4 in the tissue of ovarian cancer with lymph node metastasis positive expression rate was 88.2%(15/17), in not accompanied by positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer tissues was 42.9%(15/35), between the two was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 PCNA positive signal to the nucleus in tan fine particles. In cases of ovarian cancer in 52 cases of PCNA positive 40 cases(76.9%), in the cases of ovarian benign tumors 20 cases, PCNA positive expression in 5 cases(25.0%), 13 cases of normal ovarian tissue cases of PCNA positive expression in 0 case. PCNA positive expression in ovarian cancer tissue in high differentiation rate was 31.3%(5/16), in the middle and lower positive expression rate of ovarian cancer tissue was 88.9%(32/36), between the two was statistically significant(P < 0.05); PCNA positive expression in ovarian cancer with lymph node metastasis group was 82.4%(14/17), in not accompanied by positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer tissues was 45.7%(16/35), between the two was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 In ovarian cancer tissues CD24, B7-H4 and PCNA expression of the two were positively correlated(P < 0.05).Conclusion: CD24, B7-H4 and the expression of PCNA is related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and invasion and metastasis. CD24, B7-H4 and PCNA expression levels were significantly higher than those in ovarian benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue, and in the middle and lower three differentiation expression was significantly higher in high differentiation of ovarian cancer, ovarian cancer in the lymph node metastasis positive expression is higher than the lymphatic metastasis of the negative expression, prompt the emergence of the three are associated with the invasion and metastasis of tumor, invasion and metastasis occurred more positive expression, to accelerate the development of the course. CD24, B7-H4, positive expression of PCNA detection, might be in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, predict the biological behavior to provide clinical reference value very well. CD24 and PCNA, there were positive correlation between B7-H4, prompt the three joint detection might be in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer and screening of high-risk patients with clinical significance.
