Observation Of Alisma Tiaozhi Granule On The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Typeyperlipidemia Insufficiency Of The Spleen With Overabundance Of Dampness And Phlegm-damp Retention

Objective:this study through in alisma tiaozhi granule treatment in patients with phlegm and blood stasis type hyperlipidemia pixu (spleen deficient) clinical efficacy and safety of observation, evaluation, in order to provide evidences for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:70 cases will be included in the standard case, according to the random scale, 35 cases were divided into experimental group and control group 35 cases. Oral treatment group give alisma tiaozhi granule and the control group given simvastatin oral treatment, treatment and observe the clinical comprehensive efficacy of two groups of 4 weeks and syndromes curative effect, symptom improvement and adverse reactions, security, etc.Results:in the aspect of clinical comprehensive curative effect, treatment group 35 cases, 9 cases had marked effect,23 cases effectively, invalid 3 cases; Control group 11 cases were markedly effective, effective 21 cases effectiveness and 1 cases; Comprehensive clinical curative effect between the two groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05). Syndromes curative effect,8 patients have clinical recovery,15 cases of pay off,8 cases effective,4 cases were invalid, and the control group was 6 cases clinical recovery,16 cases of pay off,9 cases effective,4 cases of invalid; Syndromes curative effect between the two groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05). Improvements in symptoms, clinical manifestations of god exhausted lazy speech and body weight, abdominal distension and other symptoms have no obvious differences (P> 0.05); However in improving khan’s stay, dizziness, headache, etc., the experimental group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05). In terms of safety, the two groups before and after treatment of blood in the urine dung three conventional, heart kidney function and other related inspection found no obvious abnormal changes; Control group accidental symptoms such as abdominal pain, constipation, gastric bowel to bilge gas, but no obvious difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion:rhizoma alismatis tiaozhi granule can reduce phlegm and blood stasis type hyperlipidemia patients exhausted god pixu (spleen deficient) lazy speech and body weight, abdominal distension, spontaneous sweating, stay, the symptom such as dizziness have a headache, the particles clinical observation curative effect, safe non-toxic.
