Objective:Through the theory and clinical study of the metabolic syndrome, patients with metabolic syndrome correlates with their diet and exercise, thus it can be stated as the reasons in the influence factors of the metabolic syndromes. Hence, it provides some r eference effect to aid in the prevention of metabolic syndromes. Methods:From January 2007 to June 2013,320 scripts of master’s and doctoral thesis have been chosen for the periodical literature and this includes 26 scripts on metabolic syndro me,115 scripts on primary hypertension,151 scripts on Type 2 diabetes mellitus,25 scri pts on hyperlipidemia and 3 scripts on hyperuricemia. From the justification of the met abolic syndrome element, distribution of vulnerable groups enables us to search in dept h and the incidence of the metabolic syndrome allows us to guide the work of early in tervention of metabolic syndromes.During January 2014-December 2014, a sample of 201 patients (Male 109, Fe male 92) from various hospitals namely, Jinjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, The Second People’s hospital of Fujian Province and Fuzhou First Hospital endocrinol ogy or physical examination center were recorded. Four domains of diagnostic informati on of patient as well as their diet and exercise conditions were monitored for one year. By using the method of syndrome factor differentiation, syndromes from the patients are c ollected. The results act as a evidence to prove the credibility of the theory.Precise coll ection of informations and results show that metabolic syndromes are related to person al diets and daily exercise routine. Results:Metabolic Syndrome and Hypertension, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Hyperlipidemi a, Hyperuricemia fall under the same syndrome element. Categories as phlegm, yin defici ency, qi deficiency and blood stasis, respectively. Kidney, stomach, humidity, qi, spleen, Yang deficiency and liver is use to examine phlegm, nourish of Yin, smoothen blood cir culationthrough the remove of blood stasis, tonifying qi, explored yang and melt moistur e for intervention. Main body organ related are the liver, spleen and kidney. Kidney is the foundation of the body while the spleen and stomach is the foundation of the body’s f uture. The liver is important as it is responsible for dredging. Disfunction of liver, splee nand kidney can cause metabolic disorder to the body.Through the analysis of 201 cases on metabolic syndromes:the onset of the metabo lie syndrome women age between 40 to 60 years old, whereas the onset of the metabol ic syndrome age for men between 30 to 50. Main factor for metabolic syndrome are p hlegm, dampness, heat, Yin deficiency, liver, deficiency, spleen, kidney, Yang deficien cy, blood deficiency, blood stasis and yang hyperaction. Through this 11 syndrome fact or, about 84.66%.of metabolic syndrome patients in the region have rice as their main dish sided with more meat and less vegetable. Research shows that men prefer meat an d aquatic products while women prefer fresh fruit. Whereas for beans, vegetables, melons, internal organs, milk and dairy products, they do not have much differences. Non-para metric test and blood stasis are differentiated in their genders, the age on sex did not see obvious distinction. There is only a handful of food that is related to the element th ought the correlation of coefficient method, it has certain relevance to the large intestine, cold and movement, Spearman> 0.4, P< 0.05).Conclusion:Phlegm and dampness are the main factors of metabolic syndrome. With a stronger s pleen and kidney, it eliminates phlegm and melt moisture to prevent the cause ofmetaboli c syndromes. Besides having rice as their main dish sided with less vegetable and mor e meat, patients with metabolic syndrome also have a lack of exercise. Therefore, the e xtra energy generated in their body will not be used up, hence it causes them be fat. Further more, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, lack of exercise, imbalanc e meal and hyperuricemia are the causes of metabolic syndromes. In order to prevent me tabolic syndromes, eating a balanced diet and having a reasonable arrangement of time t o exercise are strongly advocated.
