OBJECTIVE:To investigate the expression of Kif2 c and P53 correlates with invasion and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer and it’s relationship between the availability of relevant.METHOD:Specimens were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University,resected NSCLC specimens(62 cases) and adjacent normal lung specimens(30 cases). Immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect different expression of Kif2 c and P53 in NSCLC group and control group. Differences of expression of Kif2 c and P53 in NSCLC tissues and normal lung tissues were analysed;Correlations of expression of Kif2 c and P53 to clinical pathological parameters and their correlations were analysed.Results:1.The positive expression rate of Kif2 c in NSCLC tissues and in adjacent tissues were 75.8%(47/62) and26.7%(8/30),respectively. The difference between the two positive rates was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive rate of the expression of Kif2 c protein in clinical stage III was significantly increaser than the stage I/II in NSCLC(P<0.05);the Kif2 c positive rate in lymph node metastasis was significant increaser than those without lymph node metastasis( P<0.05);The expression positive rate of Kif2 c protein in NSCLC had no relationship with patients about independent of sex,age, tumor size, grade,organization type, the difference was not statistically different.2. The positive expression rate of P53 in NSCLC tissues and in adjacent tissueswere 53.2%(33/62) and 0%(0/30), respectively. the difference between the two positive rates was statistically significant(P<0.01). The positive rate of the expression of Kif2 c protein in clinical stage III was significantly increaser than the stage I/II in NSCLC(P<0.05);the P53 positive rate in lymph node metastasis was significant increaser than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);The expression positive rate of P53 protein in NSCLC had no relationship with patients about independent of sex,age, tumor size, grade,organization type, the difference was not statistically different(P> 0.05).3. The expression of Kif2 c and P53 in NSCLC were increased, there was a positive correlation(R = 0.357,P<0.05).Conclusion:Kif2c and P53 play an important role in the occurrence and development of NSCLC.Synergies effects between Kif2 c and P53 may exist.The abnormal expression of Kif2 c has an positive correlation with unusual P53.
