Clinical Study On Yinqiao Powder Combined With Acyclovir In Treatment Of Evil Injured Lung Health Certificate Of Adult Varicella

Objective:To determine the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yinqiao Powder combined with Acyclovir on the patients with evil injured lung health certificate of adult varicella and prevent the occurrence of complications.Methods:1.The source of cases and Grouping:40 varicella patients were enrolled in this study from January,2014 to January,2015 in Infection department, Fuzhou general hospital of Nanjing military area. These patients with chickenpox were aged 15-38 years of age. Will simply randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of each 20 people.2.Therapeutic regimen:The treatment group treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Yinqiao Powder combined with Acyclovir. The control group treated with Acycloivr. The two groups were given symptomatic treatment, the treatment is not more than 10 d.3.Observation index:Will the basic information of the two groups of varicella patients such as gender, age, temperature, markers of inflammation, VZV DNA quantification and so on. In the test will be registered the patients’body temperature after 24 hours, the effect of treatment after 3 days’, the hour of signs and symptoms improved, and CRP’s abnormalities.4.Safety evaluation:During the medication records of patients injection site discomfort(injection site inflammation or phlebitis, pruritus, urticaria, etc),recorded before and after the administration of blood (leukopenia, neutropenia), renal function (urea nitrogen, creatinine),liver function (glutamic pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,total bilirubin).5. Curative evaluation standard:The data input SPSS13.0 and used the SPSS13.0 software to evaluate the reliability, software P＜0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the two two-sided hypothesis test.Results:1. The basic situation before treatment:in two group of varicella age, gender, illness were no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable.2.The treatment effect:The treatment group got 20 cases,3 cases were cured,15 significant results,2 were effective, invalid 0 cases failure; the total effective 100%. While in the control group,20 cases in 1 case was cured,9 cases powerfully, effective 8 cases, invalid 2 cases failure; the total effective 90%.3. Observation shows:All had a marked improvement in the temperature, rashes, sore throat and CRP after treatment. Through comparison the two groups of disease curative effect, the temperature difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), The treatment group disease duration in the treatment shorter significantly, a statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Safety evaluation:All groups showed no obvious side effects and abnormal test in dicators.Conclusion:The Traditional Chinese Medicine Yinqiao Powder combined with Acyclovir’s clinical efficacy is clear. Use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Yinqiao Powder combined with Acyclovir intravenous drip in treating evil injured lung health certificate of adult varicella, better therapeutic definite effect, overall routine western medicine Acyclovir.
