A Related Research About The Affect Of The Yinqiao Powder And It's Chief Compositions To Small Rat's Bcl-2 And TGF-β Which Has Affected Acute Flu Virus

Object:This research is about the affect of the Yinqiao Powder and it' s chief constitutions to lung tissues' Bcl-2 and TGF-β of small rat which has affected acute flu virus. We expect to explore the probably mechanism why the Yinqiao Powder can anti- infect of acute flu virus. We also expect to find the internal regulation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription. This research can provide both theories and experimental foundation for the Traditional Chinese Medicine in the field of anti-infect of acute flu virus and cell death. Methods:Flu virus infection model is made following under method: First we prepare certain density of flu virus dilution liquid and then drop it through the nose of the little rat. Little rat is killed after 5 days. We get the lung tissue. At last, we measure the lung tissue including contains degree of flu virus and the expression in mRNA and protein of Bcl-2 and the expression in protein of TGF-β. Results:The Yinqiao Powder can reduce flu virus in quantity and it can adjust host cell express both in mRNA and protein level of Bcl-2. The Yinqiao Powder can reduce the TGF-β release from cell. Conclusions:The research has proof that the Yinqiao Powder can repress the reproduction of flu virus. It also can activate host cell express both in mRNA and protein level of Bcl-2. It can repress the expression in protein level of TGF-β. Through the research, we know that the Yinqiao Powder could reduce over death of host cell. Lung tissue is protected by the Yinqiao Powder.
