Research About The "Heat Sensitive Point" Location In Perennial Allergic Rhinitis Yangming Meridian And The Effect By Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Objective:Preliminary explore the "heat sensitive points" location in perennial allergic rhinitis patients Hand and Foot Yangming Meridian below the elbow and knee, summarize the regular of "heat sensitive points", The moxibustion group were treated with moxibustion at "heat sensitive Points". Compared with the acupuncture group, preliminary observation on the effectiveness of the distal acupoints with heat sensitive moxibustion treatment of PAR.Methods:1. Based on the diagnostic criteria, the exclusion and inclusion criteria and evaluating criteria,,48 Patients of perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups.27 Patients of PAR were explored the "heat sensitive points" of hand Yangming Meridian and Foot Yangming Meridian which below the elbow and knee. There were 2 patients without detectable heat sensitive points,1 case of falling off. Choose 1-3 of the most sensitive points treated with moxibustion, maintains to heat — Sensitive Phenomenon vanishing as the end of once treatment. Therapy of Acupuncture select Yintang (EX-HN3), Yingxiang((LI20,double), Shangyingxiang(EX-HN8), Hegu((LI4,double) as Acupuncture Points for PAR.2. Summarize the heat sensitive points distribution regularity of PAR patients with Hand Yangming Meridian and Foot Yangming Meridian below the elbow and knee. Aanalysis of the moxibustion feeling form and duration.3. Comparison the changes of symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment of PAR patients, and carries on the statistical analysis.Results:1. Heat sensitive emergence rate:the total number of exploration of 27 people, among them,25 people appeared heat sensitive points,2 people does not appear heat sensitive points, temperature sensitive appearance rate is 92.59%.2. Distribution of the heat sensitive points:Shousanli(LI10), Quchi(LI11), Hegu(LI4), Sanjian(LI3), Zusanli(ST36). Shousanli(LI10) is the highest frequency of all is 85.18%; The frequency of Quchi(LI11) is 59.25%; The frequency of Hegu((LI4,double) is 44. 44%; The frequency of Sanjian(LI3) is 55.55%; The frequency of Zusanli(ST36) is 11. 11%. The heat sensitive points are coincidence with acupoints.3. A number of sensitive points:most of the patients appeared 2 heat sensitive points, a total of 9 people, accounting for 33.33% of the total number; appear 1 heat sensitive point has 2 people, accounting for 7.41% of the total number; appear 3 heat sensitive points has 8 people, accounting for 29.53% of the total number; 4 heat sensitive points has 5 people, accounting for 18.52% of the total number; 5 heat sensitive points has 1 people, accounting for 3.70% of the total number; do not appear sensitive points of 2 people, accounting for 7.41% of the total number.4. The types of moxibustion sensation:the types of Shousanli,Quchi,Sanjian,Zusani are differences. The main moxibustion sensation of Shousanli is heat conduction, also comes with diathermancy and heat diffusion; Quchi comes with diathermancy, heat diffusion and heat conduction. Hegu comes with heat conduction and diathermancy; Sanjian comes with heat conduction and heat diffusion. Zusanli comes with diathermancy and heat conduction.5. The curative effect:After the course, the curative effect have little difference between the two groups(p>0.05). The heat sensitive moxibustion group with the markedly effective rate is 20.83%,the effective rate is 62.50%, the invalid rate is 16.66%,the total effective rate is 83.33%,The acupuncture group with the markedly effective rate is 33.33%,the effective rate is 45.83%, the invalid rate is 20.83%,the total effective rate is 79.16%.6. The scores of the symptoms and signs:After the course, the total scores of the symptoms and signs of both the two groups have decreased markedly(p<0.01), so are the scores of the symptoms and signs.Conclusion:1. Heat sensitive appearance rate of Hand Yangming Meridian higher than Foot Yangming meridian, a total of 5 points, they were:Quchi, Shousanli, Hegu, Sanjian, Zusanli.2. The heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of PAR patients Yangming meridian elbow elbow and knee have a significant effect, compared with the acupuncture group, there was no significant difference between the two groups.3. The heat sensitive moxibustion can relieve the symptoms of patients with PAR, reduce the pain of patients, and has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, no side effect, is worth promoting.
