Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of regulating qi and strengthening yang Abdominal Acupuncture compared with Traditional Acupuncture on constipation after stroke,evaluate the clinical effects.Methods: 60 patients who had during January 2014 to January2015 were selected as research subjects in acupuncture department in Xiamen traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.60 cases of patients with Constipation after Stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 patients in the treatment group were treated by regulating qi and strengthening abdominal acupuncture;30 patients in the control group were treated by traditional acupuncture,once daily,with 14 days being one the course,and 2 courses all together.SPSS17.0 statistical analysis the final results. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Symptom scores before and after treatment in the control group were compared with a significance difference. Symptom scores before and after treatment in the treatment group were compared with a significance difference.There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after treatment.Description both groups were effective in the treatment of clinical symptoms, but the treatment group than the control group.points of the individual symptoms were compared before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group after treatment, which has a significance difference (P<0.05), illustrate the treatment group and the control group were improved for the treatment of various clinical symptoms.Defecation rate, stool and defecation difficulty have significance difference of the treatment group and the control group after treatment.Illustrate the treatment group than the control group in the defecation rate, stool and defecation difficult.Evaluation of TCM symptoms after the treatment group and the control group TCM symptoms symptom score compared with significance difference (P<0.05). Markedly effective rate was 60.00% in treatment group and control group markedly effective rate was 33.33% in the treatment group and control group markedly effective rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Description regulating qi Fu Yang abdominal acupuncture group and the control group had better results in the treatment of TCM symptoms, but Fu Yang transfer gas abdominal acupuncture group than the control group markedly effective rate.2.There were seven caseseured, eight were signifieantly improved,thirteen were ineffeet and eleven were non-effeetive among thirty cases in cure group, and there were no teas eeured, six were signifieantly improved, thirteen were ineffeet, eleven were non-effeetive maong twenty cases in control group.The total effective rate in the control group was 73.33%, in the treatment group was 86.66%, the statistical comparison result was not significant (P>0.05);The cured and marked effective rate in the the control group was 40.00%, in the treatment group was 66.66%, the statistical comparison result was significant (P<0.05).Illustrate regulating qi and strengthening yang abdominal acupuncture and traditional Acupuncture have a good effect on the treatment of constipation after stroke.However, regulating qi and strengthening yang Abdominal Acupuncture group advantage in the cured and marked effective rate.Conclusion:Regulating qi and strengthening yang Abdominal Acupuncture has a good clinical effect on Constipation afterStroke, is better than Traditional Acupuncture in the cured and marked effective rate.Indication regulating qi and strengthening yang Abdominal Acupuncture is one of an important ways for Constipation after Stroke.
