The ignorestatus evaluation questionnaire and accident harm questionnaire were applied to collectthe relative information. EpiDate3.0was used to establish the database SPSS13.0software was applied to perform statistic analysis.Results1The rats of ignore and accidental injury of all subjects were10.67%and5.88%respectively, and ignore degree was42.05±7.83. The ignore rate of boys and girlswere10.72%and10.61%respectively. There were no significant difference betweengender in terms of the total neglect rate and degree of neglect. The neglect rate anddegree of neglect were14.35%and43.04±7.88at3-year old group, which was the highestamong all groups. It was8.23%and41.46±7.48in6-7years of age group, which was thelowest. The difference of the neglect rate and degree of neglect among different agegroup were statistically significant (P<0.05). Of620children in the Diaspora,148children were neglected. The neglect rate was23.87%, and the degree of neglect was45.52±8.06, which were higher than the collective children (the neglect rate was6.80%,and the degree of neglect was41.03±7.46; P<0.05).2Among the six parts related to theneglect, educational neglect rate was the lowest (9.13%) and the highest was safetyneglect dimension. There were the significant differences in terms of safety neglectbetween genders. The markedly differences were seen among children with different agegroups in terms of physical, emotional, medical neglect level. Meanwhile, there weredifferences among children living with the same way regarding of physical, emotional, education, security level.3The neglect rate and degree were significant different due tothe different education level of parents (P<0.05). Meanwhile, there were significantdifferent in terms of5parts related to child neglect of children lived in different family types.3parts related to child neglect were different among children with different livingsize and4parts were different among children with different primary caregivers. Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that risk factors of neglect for ruralchildren were mathers’ low educational level, mother’s occupation, family type, age.4Inthe past year, among2737children,248(5.88%) occurred accident injury and the rates ofaccident injury occurrence was9.06%. Summer and winter were the relatively highoccurrence seasons regarding of accidental injury, and there was significant differenceamong different seasons. The top5injury types were falls, burns, shaving bumps vehicle, animal bites, knife, and puncture wounds in order. Non-conditional Logistic regressionanalysis showed that risk factors of injury for rural children were scattered children, mathers’ low educational level, safety level neglect.Conclusions1The neglect rates and degree in rural of Zibo city with children aged3~6were lower than the national average.2The child neglect was impacted by mother’soccupation, education level, family type, age.3The risk factors of child injury includesafety level neglect, scattered children and mothers’ education level.
