| Hospital is the foremost agency responsible for providing health care services topeople. As the important rescue place in hospital, operating room is burdened with most ofthe responsibility to heal the wounded and rescue the dying. With the rapid developmentof medical information, large amounts of information technology are used to improve theservice efficiency and quality of hospital and operating rooms. The digitalizationconstruction of hospital and operating rooms has become an important research content.The purification traceability system ensure the cleanliness of the operating room with thetrace of operating clothes/shoes and medical staffs, etc.RFID is radio frequency identification technology. It can identify the target and getthe relevant data through radio frequency signal. Because it has some characteristics suchas non-contect, automatic identification, strong anti-interference ability and so on, it iswidely used in the field of Internet of Things. According to the investigation and analysisof the operating room, and concerning the special requirements for cleanliness of theoperating room, in this thesis, the author designs a set of purification traceability system ofdigital operating room, which applies RFID technology.The research and design of this thesis are as followed:(1) According to the survey of workflow, demand and classification of employees, theauthor designs the business process, personal access and framework of the system. Thesystem is divided into entrance guard controlling system, the cabinet controlling system,sending clothing system, displaying&alerting system, dirty clothes recycling detectionsystem, etc. And the author designs each system.(2) According to the actual situation in the operating room, the author determines thearchitecture of the system. Then according some factors such as the read distance of RFIDtags, the washing requirements of operating clothes, the number of medical staffs in theoperating room and so on, research the hardware market, design the hardware solution foreach module and do the selection of tags and hardware.(3) According to the demand of the system and the hardware solution, the authordesigns the framework and function of the system. Then the author designs the data base and software based on medical staffs, operating clothes/shoes and hardware, etc.The application of RFID changes the management mode in the past and improve thepersonnel management. The traceability of operating clothes and shoes guarantees medicalstaffs’ conduct and the cleanliness of the operating room. It is of great importance toensure the operating room to work normally and efficiently and to speed up theinformationization of the hospital. |
