The Intervention Study About The Nurses’ Work Stresses In The Intensive Care Unite Through The Team Work Method

The study focus on the project named "Travel together with work stresses ",which is about the nurses’ work stresses intervention project in Intensive Care Unit and the project is supported by the Social Worker Service Department in CZ hospital, Shanghai. The paper presents the entire project process through analyzing the project notes including project assessment, project design, project implementation, project evaluation. The project combining the Physical, Psychological and Social intervention mode and social work team method improve nurses’work stress situation in physical, psychological and social support system. The conclusions are:using the Physical, Psychological and Social intervention mode and social work team method to improve nurses’ work stress situation is feasible and effective; Physical, Psychological and Social intervention mode provides a social work service design and evaluation framework and that makes the project more directionality and objectives; the effect of the project service is limited by the intervention time, the place, the work atmosphere and so on; the project could provide a good reference for medical social work development.
