| Objective:To observe advantages and disadvantages of three kinds flap surgery to repair soft tissue defects of the heel.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data From between March2011to December2013in our hospital heel skin and soft tissue defects in patients with preoperative clinical data. Divided into two groups:11cases of sural neurovascular flap, eight cases of free anterolateral thigh flap;3cases dorsalis pedis artery flap repair, by an average of12months of follow-uA total of22observation heel flap of skin and soft tissue defects.Results:Sural nerve blood flap11cases, including two cases of distal necrosis, free anterolateral thigh flap eight cases in which the distal necrosis in four cases, three cases of retrograde dorsalis pedis artery flap survived..Conclusion:Heel skin defects suitable for large areas of free anterolateral thigh flap to repair, the drawback is the appearance of a bloated, prone to pressure ulcers. Sural neurovascular suitable for medium-sized repair of soft tissue defects in the heel, the disadvantage is a longer pedicle, dorsal artery island flap in good shape, weight is good, but it is difficult for the area covering the wound its shortcomings. |
