Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Avascular Necrosis Of The Femoral Head

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction "in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and to explore its possible mechanism play a possibility and clinical application. Methods:from2011August-2012year in October of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Chinese medicine hospital outpatient department of orthopedics and diagnosed early (ARCO stage0to stage I) in51cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head of patients, were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups in gender, age, course of disease distribution, showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), with comparable. Two groups were treated with oral agents,28cases of test group31cases, oral administration of "Bushen Huoxue Decoction" plus celecoxib capsules; the control group of23patients with23hips, oral "Jiangusheng pills"+celecoxib capsules. After six courses of treatment, Harris score, mainly through the hip pain, hip joint activity score, walking distance score to observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Results:the treatment group oral "Bushen Huoxue Decoction" plus celecoxib capsules, avascular necrosis of the femoral head the markedly effective rate of67.74%, the total effective rate was83.87%; the control group oral "Jiangusheng pills’-’+celecoxib capsules, the effective rate was60.87%, the total effective rate was78.26%; two groups of total curative effect by a statistically significant difference, that is better than the therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head group. Conclusion:there are obvious clinical curative effect Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
