| ObjectiveTo study the clinical characteristics of pulmonary sarcoidosis anddiagnostic methods, in order to improve diagnostic rate and reducemisdiagnosis.MethodsRetrospective analysis of the clinical, laboratory examination andradiographic material of5pathology diagnosed pulmonary sarcoidosispatients from Sep2009to Jun2013,and review the related literature.Results1. most of of pulmonary sarcoidosis patients were young or mid-aged,4femal and1male.2. The clinical symptoms of pulmonary sarcoidosid were waried andhad no specificity.3. The results of the chest X-ray and lung CT scan were hilar and (or)mediastinal lymphadenectasis, most with diffusional lesion in bilaterallungs,included lung nodules and patch shadows.4. Definitive diagnosis depended on the pathological examination, with the diversity of methods. we performed Percutaneous lung biopsy in1patient,and thoracoscope lung biopsy in3patients。Conclusion1. pulmonary Sarcoidosis has no specific clinical manifestation andhigh misdiagnosis rate, many techniques have emerged as important toolsin diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis, Mainly includes the serumbiochemical indicators, chest X-ray and CT scans, PET/CT, bronchoscopyand bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), lung function, tuberculin testand histopathological examination.Differential diagnosis is very importantin clinical.2. Pathological examination is also the most importend tool indiagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis. When clinical suspicion ofsarcoidosis, the pathological examination should be need as soon aspossible. |
