| Objective:In the nervous system, the autonomic nervous system is an important pathway of acupuncture on regulating intestinal movement, and TRPV1is one of the ways of the acupuncture signal transmission.In this study, we used electric acupuncture on normal wild-type mice, TRPV1receptor knockout mice,(3receptor knockout mice and M receptor knockout mice at "Quchi","Shangjuxu""Tianshu","Dachangshu" four points, to observe the effect on the internal pressure of the jejunum of mice after electro-acupuncture points or more, so as to explore TRPV1receptor, β receptors and M receptors in the regulation of acupuncture on the process of bowel movements, including the effects of acupuncture on the TRPV1receptors, the autonomic nervous system effects of acupuncture play a role in the process and relationship.Methods:We choose the CL57BL/6wild-type mice, TRPV1receptor knockout mice, beta1beta2receptor knockout mice and M2M3receptor knockout mice were divided into four groups,15rats in each group were male. And using the self-made water bursa intraintestinal piezometric head monitoring intestinal pressure, observe the amplitude and frequency of jejunum motion. When the intestinal pressure stable, with2mA,2/15Hz EA stimulation quantity of electroacupuncture at "Quchi" respectively,"Shang","Shu","Dachangshu" four points every2minutes. Then recorded before and after acupuncture in jejunum motion waveform frequency variation and numerical analysis.Results:(1) Electroacupuncture wild type mouse "Quchi","virtual" two point can cause intestinal pressure slightly increased;"Shu","Dachangshu" can make the jejunum pressure was significantly lower (P<0.01).(2) TRPV1receptor knockout mice EA "Quchi" after "Shangjuxu" point jejunum movement did not change significantly."Tianshu","Dachangshu" jejunum can cause changes in motion to suppress bowel movement for many (P<0.05), their degree of change is quite normal wild-type mice.(3) β1β2receptor knockout mice EA "Quchi", jejunum inner pressure value "Shangjuxu" no significant difference before and after multiple statistical treatment, with the effect of acupoints direction normal wild-type mice are basically the same;"changes Tianshu no effect "," Dachangshu "acupuncture.(4) M2M3receptor knockout mice EA "Quchi","Shangjuxu","Tianshu","Dachangshu" jejunum pressure did not change significantly, acupoints acupuncture after no significant effect tendencies.Conclusion:(1) Under normal physiological conditions, acupuncture TRPV1receptor-mediated effects are more complex, EA TRPV1receptor-deficient mice changes in bowel movements still exist, mainly for reduced bowel movement. Tips for TRPV1receptor-mediated regulation of the movement of factors of acupuncture jejunum, but not the elements, there are other factors regulation.(2) The regulation of acupuncture on bowel movement mechanism is multifaceted. In the autonomic nervous system, β and M key factor receptor-mediated regulation of conductive needle movement can be regarded as the jejunum. Where, the effect of M receptor, a receptor on the regulation of acupuncture on intestinal movement process more obvious. |
