| Objective:to observe the influence of high volume hemofiltration (HVHF) on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) dog on JNK2mRNA level,and to e-xplore the mechanism of HVHF treating MODS. Methods:Establish disease mod-el of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome on12male Beagle dogs with the met-hods of hemorrhagic shock perfusion+recovery+endotoxin injection, then the dog s were randomly divided into MODS group (n=6) and HVHF group (n=6). Group HVHF consistently gave HVHF therapy for24hours,MODS group was not give-n HVHF therapy.Monitoring vital signs, testing PaCO2, PaO2,the levels of ALT, AST, Scr, BUN on each time point, And then To observe the pathologic histology changes at heart, lung, liver and kidney organs,RT-PCR method was used to me-asure the level of JNK2mRNA in heart, lung, liver, kidney.Results:Compared wit-h group of MODS,the function of heart, lung, kidney of group of HVHF were si-gnificantly improved, the difference is statistically significant,HVHF group of heart, lung, liver and kidney damage degree was significantly reduce MODS group;Gro-up HVHF JNK2mRNA transcription in the lung, liver, significantly lower in the MODS group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:hi-gh volume hemofiltration can obviously improve the function of each organ,JNK2-mRNA transcription level changes may be involved in the occurrence of MODS. |
