| Objective To investigate original etiologial factor and construction , mortality, the relation of organ failure numbers and mortality, risk factor and protective factor of abdominal surgery disease that associate with multiple organ failure. Methods To collect the record of 73 patients who appeared multiple organ failure in our hospital from 2004.5 to 2007.5. According to unified inclusion and exclusion standard, collect clinical date of patients by unitied observational table and study retrospectively.Result The original cause of MOF were still severe infections, severe acute pancreatitis, shock, upper gastrointestinal perforation and bleeding, post of abdominal operation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, tauma. The mortality of 46.58% was high in 73 patients. Our study showed that those with great age, shock, albumin and haemoglobin cutting down, bilirubin increasing, central nervous system dysfunction had a relatively higher mortatily by single factor analysis. The more organs of being involved in were, the higher mortality was. The mortality of 2,3,4 and above 5 organs of being involved in was 27.60%, 41.70%, 75.00%,87.50%, respectively. Comparing with survival, the death was presentshock, central nervous system dysfunction, great age, bilirubin increasing, albumin and haemoglobin cutting down. The differences were significant. After logistic regression analysis, the main risk factors were presentshock, albumin and haemoglobin cutting down, central nervous systemdysfunction.Conlusion By retrospective study the date of 73 patients with MOF postof abdominal operation, the mortatily is 46.58%. It is mostly similar with internal and external research. The mortality of MOF was still high. The main risk factors were present shock, albumin and haemoglobin cutting down, central nervous system dysfunction. Severe acute pancreatitis ismain causes of MOF in our hospital (43.80%) . In order to improveprognosis, we should strengthen antishock, protect brain function, improve anaemia and hypoproteinemia in treatment. Furthermore, reinforced organ function support, reduced organ failure numbers. |
