Laparoscopic Surgery For Large Ovarian Cyst Meta Analysis Of Feasibility

Objective:To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic for large ovarian cyst surgery。Methods:We searched The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (Central), The Cochrane library, OVID, EMBASE, MEDLINE, CNKI, Wan-fang medical network and Chinese science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database, CBM。The deadline was December2013. The Meta-analyses were performed using RevMan5.2software。Results: There are six case-control studies were included. The patients each in the laparoscopic group and open group were193. The results of meta-analysis showed that:1. The operation time, intra-operative blood loss of laparoscopic group there was no statistically significant difference compared with the open group;2. The operative complications of laparoscopic group, length of hospital stay, postoperative ventilation time difference compared with the open group. Laparoscopic surgery complications were less than laparotomy group, the length of hospital stay time is less than the open group. The postoperative ventilation time was shorter than laparoscopy group.Conclusion:In the comprehensive preoperative evaluation, strictly grasping the operation indication and performered under conditions of technical operation skilled, laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery is feasible.
