A Study Of The Influence On The Hormone After Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Surgery

Objective:A study of the influence on the hormone after laparoscopic benign ovarian cyst surgery.Methods:Retrospective analysis patients of benign ovarian cyst operated on laparoscopic surgery from March,2007 toAugust,2008. The levels of FSH,LH,E2 were detected respectively before the operations and at lm after the perations, and on the day 2 or 3 of the first menstrual cycle after 3 months operation. All patients were followed up for 3m.Results:At lm postoperatively,the levels of E2 declined and that of FSH,LH increased in all groups, compared with those before operations respectively,and these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no difference among two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative hormone level at 3m has no difference compared with those before the operations(P>0.05). The laparoscopic group had more menstruation abnormality, however, the ratio has no difference among all groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The ovarian cyst by laparoscope is safe and reliable.lt can be used for benign benign benign ovarian cyst before operation as preferred method.
