| Objective:To analyze the expression of Ki67in triple negative breast cancer,as to provide a reference in the prognosis and individualized treatment. Methods:713cases were collected in this study, who received surgical treatment in Xinjiang Medical University affiliated Tumor Hospital from Jan01,2011to June30,2013.208Triple Negative Breast Cancer cases were selected, analyzed the expression of Ki67immunohistochemical results. Results:(1) Ki67in Triple Negative Breast Cancer was highly expressed;(2) In group of Ki67(++), the expression rate of histologic class â…¢ is higher than â…¡. In group of Ki67(+), the expression rate of histo logic class â…¡ is higher than â… ;(3) Ki67expression in lymph node metastasis (+) was significantly higher than that of lymph node metastasis (-) group,(4) High expression of Ki67description poor prognosis triple negative breast cancer (P<0.05).(5) Ki67expression in Triple Negative Breast Cancer is higher than Luminal B type Her-2(+), Her-2expression breast cancer (P <0.05).(6) Ki67expression and EGFR expression was significantly in TNBC.Conclusions:The expression rate of Ki67is higher in the group of higher histological grade and more lymph node metastasis number in Triple Negative Breast Cancer, The expression of Ki67in Triple Negative Breast Cancer is significantly higher than Her-2over expression breast cancer and Luminal B Her2(+) breast cancer, Ki67expression is an risk factor for triple negative breast cancer lymph node metastasis, which prompt that the high expression of Ki67is a adverse factor in the prognosis of Triple Negative Breast Cancer. |
