Clinical Effect Research Of The Method Of Jianpiwenshen Treating Hydramnious

Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy of the method of jianpiwenshen treating pishenyangxu hydramnious of post32weeks,and look for a effective and safe method to treat it. At the same time to provid theoretical and clinical support.Methods:We treated41cases of post32weeks of pishenyangxu hydramnious totally.21cases (treatment group) were treated by lingguishuganzhengwutang (lingguishu-gantang and zhengwutang), and others20cases (control group)were treated by being given controled water and low-salt diet as treatment group.These parameter were observed or measured,such as AFI、 AC、 BW、 UH、 SS after two weeks treatment between the treatment group and the control group and between the same group.Mather and infant comparsion were carried out after childbirth.Then draw a conclusion after kinds of results come out.ResuIts:Results of after treatment.47.7%treatment group was cured,and33.3%was marked effect,the total effect was95.2%.10.0%control group was cured,and15.0%was marked effect,the total effect was60.0%.it is better in cured rate, marked effect rate and total effect rate for treatment group. Two groups were obviously statistieally signifieant differenee(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than control in SS signifieant]y,and two groups were obviously statistieally signifieant differenee(P<0.01). The treatment group was better than control in AFI、AC、BW、 UH.two groups was statistieally signifieant differenee(P<0.01). AFI and SS were better than before in treatment group and results was statistieally signifieant differenee(P<0.01).However AFI was not better than before in control group and results wasnot statistieally signifieant differenee(P>0.05).AC、BW and UH were better than before in treatment group,though results were not statistieally signifieant differenee(P>0.05).At the same time AC、BW and UH were not better than before in control group,and results were not statistieally signifieant differenee(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group ineidenee in reducing maternal complieations. Reducing cesarean section rate.Conclusion:It is a good method for pishenyangxu hydramnious of post32weeks to use jianpiwenshen Chinese medicine-----zhenwujiaguitang. AFI、AC、BW、UH can be reduced; SS、 maternal complieations、cesarean section rate can be reduced obviously.In a word,Jianpiwenshen Chinese medicine-----zhenwujiaguitang is a economical、effective、simple way to treat pishenyangxu hydramnious of post32weeks.
