In this study, the relationship between MSCT (Multislice ComputedTomography) lung functional imaging technology and pulmonary functiontest results in patients with airway lesions and the application of lungfunctional imaging technology have been reviewed. First, airway lesionsand its causes in patients with COPD were elaborated. Then the limitationwere analyzed of methods (pulmonary function test) using to evaluatetraditional airway lesions. On that basis, the function and advantages ofMSCT was evaluated. By referring to the findings of other scholars, comprehensive analysis were conducted on the relationship between theresult of MSCT lung functional imaging technology and pulmonaryfunction test. The use of MSCT provide a favorable basis and valuableinformation for quantitative evaluation of patients with COPD airwaylesions. MSCT lung functional imaging technology has a significantcorrelation with pulmonary function test and can reflect airway diseasepreferably. It is an effective imaging tool for diagnosing COPD andevaluating the level of lung function.
