Clinical Analysis Of EST, ENBD Combined With Continuous Blood Purification Treating Of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and the significance of the EST,ENBD combined with continuous blood purification in treatment of severeacute pancreatitis.Methods： The clinical data of179patients with severe acutepancreatitis treated in our hospital over a period of ten years wereretrospectively analyzed.The cases were divided into four types according totreatment:The conventional group were treated with routine methods, theCBP group received continuous blood purification therapy combibed withroutine methods, the endoscopic group were given EST、ENBD,inadditionto routine methods, the combined group were treated with continuous bloodpurification and EST, ENBD. The patients’ vital signs, APACHE Ⅱ score,abdominal signs, incidence of complications，mortality and hospitalizationdays were observed.Results：Compared with conventional group, the clinical indicators、the WBC、CRP、the APACHE Ⅱ score、the blood amylase tested48hours after treatment、 local complications、 the mortality and hospitalization days in the rest three groups decreased significantly(P<0.05)，the total effective rate of abdominal pain relief was significantlyhigher (P<0.05)；Compared with the rest group,in the combined group thetotal effective rate of abdominal pain relief was increased(P<0.05)，thezblood amylase tested48hours after treatment、the local complicationsand hospitalization decreased significantly (P<0.05)，the mortality wassignificantly lower than conventional group，(P<0.05),however there wasno difference compared with the CBP group and the endoscopic group (P>0.05).Conclusion： Continuous blood purification combined with EST,ENBD could significantly improve the patient’s condition, reducecomplications and the mortality, shorten the hospitalization time.
