| Objective:To discuss the level and significance of serum OSCAR in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA), and analysis its correlation with DAS28and bone erosion. And also test TNF-a to analysis their correlation with the clinical data and laboratory related indicators. Methods:Thirty sex-and age-matched healthy Chinese volunteers were recruited as normal controls group, thirty osteoarthritis patients as controls group, one hundred and six rheumatoid rathritis patients as the experimental group. The concentrations of OSCARã€TNF-ain serum were measured by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), analysis their correlation with the clinical data and laboratory related indicators.Result:1. The levels of serum OSCAR in patients with RA were (11.34±3.84) ng/ml,the patients with osteoarthritis were (56.49±7.95) ng/ml,the normal controls were (58.57±7.35) ng/ml, Compared with patients with RA group, the levels of serum OSCAR in the osteoarthritis and normal control groups were significantly increased, and there showed the satatistic differences between patients with RA and osteoarthritis〠normal control groups, but there showed no satatistic differences between patients with osteoarthritis and normal controls.2. The levels of serum OSCAR were negatively correlated with RF-IgAã€ESRã€CRPã€28joint Disease Activity Scoreã€jionts swelling indexã€tenderness index and Plt.3. The levels of serum TNF-ain patients with RA were (104.85±36.30) pg/ml,the patients with osteoarthritis were (33.47±17.67) pg/ml,the normal controls were (26.81±12.08) pg/ml, Compared with patients with RA group, the levels of serum TNF-ain the osteoarthritis and normal control groups were significantly reduced, and there showed the satatistic differences between patients with RA and osteoarthritisã€normal control groups, but there showed no satatistic differences between patients with osteoarthritis and normal controls.4. The levels of serum TNF-a were positively correlated with RF-IgGã€RF-IgAã€ESRã€CRPã€28joint Disease Activity Scoreã€jionts swelling indexã€tenderness indexã€WBC and Plt.5. There were negative correlation between serum OSCARand TNF-αin in RA groups (r=-0.673,p<0.01), in patients with osteoarthritis groups and normal control groups, there were no correlation between serum OSCARand TNF-α.6. The levels of serum OSCAR in patients with RA in different groups according to bone erosion or not. No bone erosion group was (14.22±3.26) ng/ml,bone erosion group is (10.21±3.45) ng/ml, there were statistically significant. The levels of serum TNF-ain patients with RA in no bone erosion was (75.46±23.84) pg/ml, bone erosion group was (116.45±33.81) pg/ml, there were statistically significant.7. The levels of serum OSCAR in patients with RA in different groups according to X ray:phase â… (14.22±3.26) ng/ml,and phase â…¡ (12.01±3.55) ng/ml,and phase â…¢ (10.26±3.41) ng/ml, and phase â…£ (8.04±1.94) ng/ml. Phase Iand phase â…¡ã€â…¢ã€â…£ were statistically significant. Phase â…¡ and phase â…¢ã€â…£ were statistically significant, phase â…¢ and phase IV were statistically significant.8. The levels of serum TNF-ain patients with RA in different groups according to X ray:phase â… (75.46±23.84) pg/ml,and phase â…¡ (97.93±32.18) pg/ml,and phase â…¢ (117.48±34.11) pg/ml, and phase IV (136.04±23.10) pg/ml. Phase I and phase â… ã€â…¢ã€â…£ were statistically significant. Phase â…¡ and phase â…¢ã€â…£ were statistically significant, phase â…¢ and phase â…£ were statistically significant.Conclusion:1. The levels of serum OSCAR are significantly reduced in patient with RA, and there were negative correlation between serum OSCAR and TNF-a in patients with RA.2. The levels of serum OSCAR were negatively correlated with ESRã€CRPã€28joint Disease Activity Score and the levels of serum TNF-α were positively correlated with ESRã€CRPã€28joint Disease Activity Score, the level of them can be an indicator of disease activity.3. The serum of OSCARã€TNF-α was different in different X ray phase and bone erosion, the result suggest they are related to RA bone erosion and it may be a new therapeutic target for bone erosion. |
