ObjectiveTo explore the effect of CHADS2score and life quality on anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF).MethodsRadomly admitted164patients with atrial fibrillation in hospital of Hainan provincial Nong Ken from Apr.2013to Apr.2014, with average age of64.2±22.4(26-87) years old, including96male cases and68female cases. According to the CHADS2score, the patients were divided into three groups:0score group,1score group, greater than or equal to2score group.12subjects CHADS2score are0, with an average age of34.5±9.4(26-45)years old,27subjects CHADS2score are1, with an average age of52.6+5.2(47-61) years old,125subjects CHADS2score is greater than or equal to2, with an average age of69.8±13.5(40-87) years old. All the subjects received assessment of SF-12life quality scale, anticoagulation strategy questionnaire and leading factors of anticoagulation strategy choice questionnaire, with the t test or analysis of variance, and compare to the life quality score between-group and within-group of different CHADS2score.Results(1) Comparing with the life quality score among different CHADS2score groups, the group of CHADS2score (≥2) is greater than the groups of whose CHADS2score are0and1(P<0.01).(2) CHADS2score take the effect on anticoagulation:The group O,who chose aspirin, account for58.3%, the else account for41.7%.The group1, who choose aspirin, account for77.8%, the else account for22.2%. The group (^2), who chose aspirin, account for32.8%, warfarin-chosen account for32.8%, aspirin-chosen, account for51.2%,the else account for16%. The numbers of patients, who chose complication of atrial fibrillation and group high-education chose aspirin more than the opposite group (58.3%vs41.6%,66.7%vs33.3%, P<0.01). The group (^2) worrying about checking-troubly and low-education chosen the less rate of warfarin.(3) There are no significant differences within the inter-group whose CHADS2score are0and1(P>0.05). There is statistical differences with life-quality-score between any two anticoagulation strategy within the inter-group whose CHADS2score is greater than or equal to2life-quality-score (P<0.01) who choose no anticoagulation are greater than those who choose aspirin, and the life-quality-score of those who choose aspirin are greater than those who choose warfarin (P<0.01).Conclusions(1) The life quality of patients with atrial fibrillation is opposite to the class of CHADS2score.(2) It is affected to take different modes of anticoagulation by both the CHADS2score and life quality. The life quality took advanced.
