| Objective:Through the qualitative detection of acute chest pain patients to the hospital emergency room H-FABP study rapid quantitative determination of H-FABP can be used for early diagnosis of AMI detection kit. Simultaneous detection of cTnI, CK-MB, comparing the various markers in the diagnosis of AMI performance.Methods:Sequential67patients with acute chest pain patients, the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction in30cases of non-acute myocardial infarction in37cases. We use technology to produce rapid detection of colloidal gold reagent plate, solid phase immunochromatographic principle qualitative determination of the two groups of patients within6hours of onset, after6hours of H-FABP simultaneous determination of cTnl, CK-MB concentration. We compare three acute myocardial infarction within6hours, six hours after the diagnostic performance. Results:the incidence of non-acute myocardial infarction within6hours,6hours after H-FABP-positive Rate (0%0%) and cTnI levels (0.31±0.18,0.46±0.21); CK-MB level (16.05±5.02,15.97±4.68) was no significant difference (P>0.05). The incidence of acute myocardial infarction within6hours after H-FABP positive rate (96%,100%) no significant difference (P>0.05), but after6hours of onset of cTnI (4.10±1.79) was significantly higher than6hours within cTnI (1.45±1.31) and6hours after the CK-MB (180.52±158.70) was significantly higher than within6hours of CK-MB (20.02±7.97)(P<0.05). After6hours of onset between the two groups H-FABP and cTnI were significantly different (P<0.05). Within6hours of the onset of H-FABP sensitivity (93.3%) than cTnI (46.6%) and CK-MB (23.3%)(P<0.05), negative predictive value (94.7%) than cTnI (69.8%)and CK-MB (61.1%)(P <0.05), positive predictive value and specificity between the three are basically the same. H-FABP and cTnI, CK-MB diagnosis of AMI performance to compare, within6hours of the onset of H-FABP than cTnI and CK-MB (P<0.05), six hours after the onset of the three diagnostic performance (P>0.05).Conclusions:H-FABP as a new myocardial necrosis markers for the diagnosis of AMI with higher sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values. In AMI onset within6hours, H-FABP diagnosis of AMI performance is better than cTnI, high application value in the early diagnosis of AMI. |
