Objective:Through establishment the rabbit myocardial damage model, observe the rabbit serum glycogen phos-phorylase BB(GPBB), Heart-type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP),creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) dynamic change and echocardiogram, myocardial pathological changes, to further discuss the GPBB, H-FABP early diagnosis value of the Doxorubicin-induced myocardial injury.Methods:20 pure Japanese big ear rabbit were randomly divided into experimental group (10 cases) and the control group (10 cases). The experimental group (10 cases) Japanese big ear rabbit was given Doxorubicin 2.0mg/kg every one week by ear marginal vein, a total of 6 weeks; The control group (10 cases) Japanese big ear rabbit was given normal saline 2.0mg/kg every one week by ear marginal vein, a total of 6 weeks, pre experiment,2 weekend,4 weekend,6 weekend echocardiography measured left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular shortening fraction (FS), and E peak and A peak ratio(E/A), and extract ear venous blood, enzyme league immune method for measuring serum concentration of GPBB,H-FABP, immunosuppression to measure serum concentration of CK-MB, After six weeks, myocardial cell made a pathological section, light microscopy examination evaluation doxorubicin-induced cardiactoxicity.Results:1.In the pre experiment,2 weekend and 4 weekend, The control group and the experimental group echocardiographic LVEF、 FS and E/A ratio findings were no significant difference (P> 0.05).In the 6 weekend,The control group and the experimental group echocardiographic LVEF,FS and E/A ratio findings were statistically significance (P<0.05). In the control group pairwise comparison results were not statistically significant (P> 0.05),In the 6 weekend and pre experiment, the experimental group results were statistically significant (P< 0.05).2. In the pre experiment, experimental group and the control group serum GPBB,H-FABP and CK-MB content results were no significant difference (P>0.05), In the control group pairwise comparison serum GPBB, H-FABP and CK-MB content results were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).In the 2 weekend and 4 weekend, Serum CK-MB content between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), In the 6 weekend, Serum CK-MB content between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), In the 6 weekend and pre experiment, the experimental group results were statistically significant(P< 0.05); In the 2 weekend and 4 weekend and 6 weekend, Serum GPBB,H-FABP content between the two groups were statistically significant (P< 0.05),In the experimental group pairwise comparison results were statistically significant (P> 0.05);3. Light microscopy examination evaluation that the experimental group rabbit myocardial damage more serious than the control groupConclusion:In the process of doxorubicin use, serum GPBB,H-FABP more traditional myocardial injury markers CK-MB and echocardiographic more sensitive for the detection of early heart damage, has the potential to be early monitoring indexes of cardiac toxicity caused by adriamycin, has a certain clinical significance. In anthracycline use, serum GPBB,H-FABP detection is mor e sensitive than the traditional markers of myocardial injury CK-MB and ultrasonic cardiogram in early heart damage, has the potential to be early monitoring indicat-or for doxorubicin-induced cardiactoxicity, has a certain clinical significance.
