In rencent years, scholars have widelyconcerned about the side effect of causing acute kidney injury(AKI),alsonamed warfarin related nephropathy(WRN), which characterized withglomerulus hemorrhage and acute tubular necrosis and red blood cell(RBC)casts. The pathogenesis of WRN is disagreed even though obstructedtubules by RBC casts or oxygen stress can reveal the puzzle some degree. It is reported WRN will accelerate progression of chronic kidneydisease(CKD) and increase mortality,so be awareness of this disease isnecessary for diagnosis and treatment, and what this review is exactly rightto tell you the progress of it so as to make the clinician see more about it. |
