ObjectiveStudy to test neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer molecular classificationand the relationship between the curative effect and prognosis.MethodsWith a careful selection of183patients in our hospital diagnosis and treatmentmethods of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer, the clinical data wereretrospectively analyzed. According to the immunohistochemical testing of estrogenreceptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factorreceptor2(HER-2) expression level, the breast cancer is divided into Luminal A,Luminal B, HER-2expression and triple-negative type four molecular subtypes.Observe each subtype of use after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with the difference of curative effect and prognosis, and make comparison to explore themolecular classification of breast cancer and neoadjuvant chemotherapy of therelationship between the curative effect and prognosis.ResultsIn four types of breast cancer molecular classification, HER-2subtypes andtriple-negative subtypes of effectiveness were89.7%and94.7%respectively,whichwere significantly higher than that of the Luminal A subtype (63.3%) andLuminal B subtype (78.6%). The use of Kaplan-Meier’s methods to analyze all of thefour types, type of Luminal disease-free survival and overall survival in patients withsignificantly higher than HER-2expression and triple-negative type, type the Luminalhormone receptor-positive breast cancer patients disease-free survival and overallsurvival also is higher than that of hormone receptor negative patients with non-Luminal type.ConclusionBreast cancer molecular classification of patients with breast cancer can be usedas a predictor, the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for triple-negative type andHER-2subtype express the curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy patients thanLuminal type effect, but the prognosis is not as good as Luminal type patients,Luminal type the prognosis of breast cancer patients significantly better than that ofnon-Luminal patients. So for different molecular classification of breast cancerpatients using the method of neoadjuvant chemotherapy treatment also need furtherclinical research.
