Objective：With the development of the society,infertility has become a socialfocus a reproductive health problems,but also become a research hotspot ofdepartment of gynecology.This topic in the cause of infertility as a breakthroughpoint,through collecting domestic nearly10years in the literature of infertility,focuses on the female aspects of etiology,given the system arrangement,the finalanalysis,the summary,in order to investigate the etiology of female infertility in Chinaas well as the main cause, and from the Traditional Chinese Medicine “cure not ill”perspective,clinical preventive countermeasures are put forward to preventinfertility,provide methodology for infertility prevention guidance idea, hope to behelpful to the clinical.Methods：Retrieval on March15,2002to March15,2012,published in CNKIChina journal full-text database, nominated "=" infertility "and=’cause" of theliterature of infertility etiology of85articles,and then using artificial method ofreading,screening investigation with35references are available,and the last tosummarize the cause of this35information categories,sorting, statistics,and find outthe main causes of female infertility.Results： To study the etiology of female infertility in China is relativelycomplex,Traditional Chinese Medicine etiology(certificate)distribution in both cardand pin appear more,including kidney and blood stasis type accounted for theproportion of23.61%,liver depression and blood stasis type (19.06%),kidney liver depression type16.19%,kidney empty phlegmy wet type13.32%,and independentsyndrome is rare,such as kidney Yang deficiency type,kidney Yin deficiency,liverdepression and blood stasis type.Western medicine etiology of tubal factors accountedfor40.41%,ovary(30.20%),uterus and the cervical factors(17.01%)as the main factorsof the disease,the top three,and vulva and vagina,immune factors,unknown reason andother factors.The total tubal factor in tubal factor(60.68%),infection factors accountedfor25.52%,fallopian tube obstruction (13.27%);Ovary factors of ovulationdisorders(57.95%),and PCOS(57.95%);In the uterus and the cervix factorsendometriosis(55.77%),other factors of uterus,cervical factor of14.98%,16.46%.Conclusion：The causes of infertility is complex,and the Chinese medicine of thekidney,liver,blood stasis and phlegm dampness,and western medicine of fallopiantubes,ovaries,uterus and the cervical factors,vulva and vagina,immunefactors,unknown reason and other factors.Director,professor Li Ying,engaged ininfertility in clinical and scientific research for many years,based on Chinesemedicine theory as the guiding ideology,to infertility,emphasis on “cure notill”,”inside and outside governance,combination of Chinese and western”.
