Goal: Observe the clinical curative effect of the yiqihuatanhuoxue prescription toelderly hypertension, deficiency of vital energy and the blockage of phlegm and bloodstasis of the elderly.Procedure: According to the principles of randomized control，divide60elderpatients suffering from elderly hypertension who have been prescribed as deficiencyof vital energy and the blockage of phlegm and blood stasis into two groups:experimental group and control group. The control group is rendered Amlodipinebesylate tablets while the experimental group is given the same treatment but addedwith the yiqihuatanhuoxue prescription.14-day is a course of treatment. Observe,analysis and comparison the target of clinical symptoms, traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome,blood pressure and liver and kidney function before and after the wholecourse of treatment.Result: The amelioration of experimental group exceeds that of control group onclinical symptoms、 traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect anddifference of blood pressure.
