ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of qi-supplementing and activating-blood combined with rehabilitation training on the improvement of BDNF, NGF and clinical curative effect of patients with cerebral infarction. Study the relationship between the factors and neurological/motor function and guide the treatment of patients.MethodsSixty patients with cerebral infarction were stratified randomly into2groups:treatment group and control group, each group of30cases. Both of the groups received basic treatment and rehabilitation treatment. The treatment group received qi-supplementing and activating-blood Traditional Chinese Medicine also. Before treatment and after two weeks of treatment, compare the Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and fugl-meyer assessment. Observation of the adverse reactions of patients in the study and wvaluation of abdominal acupuncture on safety in patients with cerebral infarction. All the data were analysis through SPSS22.0software, the data of normal distribution and homogeneity of variance test, statistical methods using t test and chi-square test.Results1. baseline comparison:the difference of ages, gender, course of disease, NGF, BDNF, NIHSS score and FMA score in two groups were not significant (P>0.05).2. comparison before and after treatment:There were significant differences between before and after treatment in NGF, BDNF, NIHSS score and FMA score.(P<0.05)Besides the average scores were improved. 3. comparison after treatment:There were significant differences between two groups after treatment in NGF, BDNF, NIHSS score and FMA score.(P<0.05)4. There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group and control group in the study.ConclusionThe result suggest that qi-supplementing and activating-blood combined with rehabilitation training can improve the expression of NGF and BDNF, and lower the score of NIHSS and improve the score of FMA. It may be to promote recovery of motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.
