| Objective:To observe the effects of berberine on serum IL-1β,hs-CRP and neurological function recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with acute cerebral infraction attending the Neurology Department of Baoding First Central Hospital from Oct.2018 to Jun.2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine treatment according to the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke in 2018.The observation group was treated with berberine hydrochloride tablets 0.5g twice a day on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Venous blood was respectively extracted before treatment and 14 days after treatment.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the serum levels of IL-1βand hs-CRP after centrifugation,and meanwhile neurological impairment condition of patients was evaluated according to the National institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS).The clinical efficacy of therapies in the two groups referred to the clinical efficacy criteria for acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in serum level of IL-1β,hs-CRP and NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05),and serum levels of IL-1β and hs-CRP were positively correlated with NIHSS score(P < 0.05)before the treatment.2.After treatment,serum levels of IL-1β,hs-CRP and NIHSS score of the two groups were all lower than before,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),and serum levels of IL-1β,hs-CRP and NIHSS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the neurological function of the observation group recovered better than that of the control group,and the clinical effect was significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Adding berberine on the basis of conventional treatment can reduce the serum levels of IL-1 β and hs-CRP,and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.And the clinical efficacy is better. |
