Clinical Observation On Nourishing Kidney And Heart And Activating Blood Circulation Of Arrhythmia Of Coronary Heart Disease

objectiveIn this paper,by observing the method of nourishing kidney and heart and activating blood circulation of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease(CHD), explore the curative effect and its advantages, to provide an effective treatm-ent of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for patients, decrease myocardial isc-hemia, control the clinical symptoms, prevent the onset and exacerbation of arrhythmia, improve the quality of patients’overall survival.MethodAll qualified cases were arrhythmia of CHD patients from the cardiovascul-lar internal medicine outpatient service of Shenzhen Hospital of TCM, from January2012to December2013, a total of120cases, using the method of random divided into treatment group and control group (n=60). According to the diagn-ostic reference standard of TCM, the treatment group was divided into the following three syndrome types:heart-kidney qi deficiency with blood stasis resistance(A1), a total of20cases;Heart-kidney Yang deficiency with blood stasis resistance(A2), a total of13cases;Heart-kidney Yin deficiency with blood stasis resistance(A3),a total of27cases.The Treatment group was given western medicine combined nourishing kidney and heart and activating blood circulation method of TCM. Group A1was given Da Bu Yuan Jian, group A2was given Yougui Wan, and goup A3Zuogui Wan. The prescri-ptions above were Chinese medicine granules free boiled, provided by TCM pharm-acy of Shenzhen Hospital of TCM, one agent a day, twice one day, half-quantiy each time;having the same oral western medicine with the control group, the western medicine and the Chinese medicine were taked apart by Half an hour.The control group took Bayaspirin(Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablet)100mg qd, Tai jia(Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablet)75mg qd, Lipitor (Atorvastat-in Calcium Tablet)20mg qn, betaloc (Metoprolol Prolonged-release Tablet)47.5mg qd, Vasorel(Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablet)20mg tid, with Warm water.The course of treatment were30days, To analysis all the patients’clinical symptoms, ECG, holter ECG, blood fat, hemorheology, CRP, Before and after treatm-ent, observe the relevant adverse reactions.ResultsBy statistical analysis, the patients’clinical symptoms, ECG, holter ECG, blood fat, hemorheology, CRP were obviously improved. The differences between before and after treatment were striking (p<0.05), the treatment group was bett-er than the control group(p<0.05). In clinical symptoms, the total effective rate of treatment group was90%, and The control group was73.33%. In ECG curati-ve effect, the total effective rate of treatment group was85%, and The control group was70%. In holter ECG curative effect, The treatment group total effecti-veness was88.33%, and The control group was71.67%. After statistical analysis, significant difference was found in two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05), and the difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05).ConclusionThe method of nourishing kidney and heart and activating blood circulation combined western medicine can relieve clinical symptoms, perfect the level of blood fat, hemorheology, CRP, ECG and holter ECG of arrhythmia of CHD patients. This kind of treatment method can prevent hardening of the arteries, reduce the myocardial ischemia and improve the heart function, prevent and treat arrh-ythmia, improve the quality of life of patients. And this therapy has no side effects.
