Objective:1.The advantages of Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartatse Injection (Pan Nanjin injection) that relative to the clinical conventional application of10%potassium chloride solution added potassiumion therapy in the treatment of low blood potassium, provide a strong evidence base for the use of drugs in the clinic.2.Observing the effect of Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartatse Injection with different doses of "all in one" in nutrient solution on nutrient solution stability, provide the powerful basis for the rich clinical treatment.Materials and methods:1.Retrieval Chinese HowNet medical database (CNKI), Chongqing VIP database (VIP),Wanfang database,PubMed,In Potassium Aspartate magnesium,Pan Nanjin,disease of low blood potassium as keywords,the search period up to June of2013.By two reviewers independently screened literature,experiment with the combined application of Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartatse Injection and10%Potassium Chloride Injection treatment of disease of low blood potassium as test group,test the simple application of the10%Potassium Chloride Injection treatment of disease of low blood potassium as control group,to collect randomized controlled trials in treatment of hypokalemia (RCT),data extraction and quality assessment of the results of clinical studies met the inclusion criteria,Meta analysis was performed with RevMan5.1software.2.The all-in-one nutrient solution as basic solution, add Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartatse Injection different dose based solution,divided into a total of5experimental groupsA.B.C.D.E,stored in room temperature,respectively in the different points of Oh,4h,8h,12h,16h,20h,24h that were detected,observed influence of pH value,the penetration pressure,turbidity.Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartatse Injection on full fat milk in nutrient solution emulsion particle size and all-in-one nutrient solution in the5groups in nutrient solution.Result:1.After a rigorous screening of the whole literature,collect adopted5articles as the final research basis,involving442patients, the treatment of combined application of Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartatse Injection and10%Potassium Chloride Injection were228cases,as the experimental group;214cases as control group.Meta analysis showing:the data difference qualitative inspection rate of P <0.00001,by using a random effects model.compared with the application of10%Potassium Chloride Injection control scheme,advantage of treatment of test group significantly, serum potassium concentration recovery time (MD=-1.03,95%CI (-1.68,-0.39),P=0.002),electrocardiogram (MD=-0.83,95%CI (recovery time-1.40,-0.26, P=0.004)).The test data is very high between qualitative inspection rate, and with very strong statistical significance.2.In the five group of nutrient solution,pH and osmotic pressure of B,C,D,E group is higher than A.But with the changes of the time,pH and osmotic pressure, that is no obvious change.after24hours,Five groups of nutrient solution were found in the diameter larger than μm drop,but there is no larger than lOμm emulsion droplet. Experiments show that adding different dose Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartatse Injection in nutrient solution,stability constant is increased,but the difference was not statistically significant changes of the five groups (P<0.05).The whole process of the experiment,that were no any emulsion droplet rupture.Conclusion:1.The Meta proved,10%potassium chloride injection combined application of Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartatse Injection in supplement potassium than the simple application of10%Potassium Chloride Injection shows a more rapid, more effective, also have a great advantage in treatment effect.2.1t is very reliable and safe, which is the most effective that test all-in-one nutrient solution and Potassium Aspartate within24hours of magnesium injection mixed use can make patients to supplement the blood potassiumion,and is very reliable and safe,which is the most effective.
