The practice teaching center should be open; the interview should be increased, and the quality of students should be improved. The network courses should be set up. The teaching mode is a variety of combination way. The general medical students should be contacted early at the grass-roots level, and the basic service consciousness should be improved. To strengthen students’ psychological counseling, their learning attitude needs to be corrected. The general practitioner training of "5+3" standardization of continuing education after graduation should be strengthened; the employment guidance course should be increased before graduation. The grassroots medical workers hold lectures, understanding of basic medical and health services; the incentive mechanism of the grass-roots level should be improved. That can provide basic health service security. The grassroots health workers give appropriate policy tilt.
