| Objective:Stroke has increasingly become a threat to people’s lives and health of cerebrovascular events a killer, which has a high morbidity, high mortality, high morbidity and high recurrence rate of the disease to the patient himself, the family and society are brought extremely heavy burden and enormous physical and psychological torture. Spastic paralysis after a stroke as one of the more common and serious sequelae has also become a focus and difficulty of clinical research. Spastic paralysis stroke recovery is the process of inevitable occurrences to increased muscle tone is mainly manifested in the early post-stroke paralysis rapidly increased muscle tone change is significant, but in the mid-and late, will limit further increases muscle tension hindered condition recovery. In this paper, spastic paralysis on the part of patients to be treated by different acupuncture techniques, the observed changes in muscle tension before and after limb motor function, and activities of daily living as well as inter-group analysis before and after treatment with or without statistically significant differences between groups to explore the clinical effectiveness and feasibility of reinforcing and reducing manipulations of yin-yang treatment for stroke hemiplegic limb spasticity, and how yin-yang effect in spastic paralysis after acupuncture treatment.Methods:The60patients meeting the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, were randomly divided into yin and yang reinforcing-reducing method group (test group) and regular acupuncture treatment group (control group),30patients each. Both groups were making use of scalp acupuncture on midline line of the vertex and anterior oblique line of the vertex-temporal of contralateral limb, then remained the needles for2hours and manipulated the needles1minute once every30minutes.The patients of test group was first treated with needle on upper limb yin acupoints and lower limb yang acupoints with a strong stimulation that the patient can bear for30minutes, reducing by twirling-rotating and lifting-thrusting the needles once every5-10minutes.Then upper limb yang acupoints and lower limb yin acupoints weretreated with needles with a medium stimulation for30minutes, reinforcing by twirling and rotating the needles once every5-10minutes. The control group was treated by regular acupuncture method for30minutes once every5-10minutes. Both group was treated once every day,5times in a row in one week,4weeks in all.Treatment after28days, respectively, using the modifled Ash worth rating seale method(modified Ashworth cale, MAS), Barthel Index classification and the Fugl Meyer motor function evaluation of a table(referred to as the FMA Table) evaluated in the treatment of Stroke patients spasticity before and after the paralysis of limbs and motor function. Statistical analysis software application SPSS19.0:count data using X2inspection, measurement data with the mean±Standard deviation (x±s), said group by t test. Result:4in both group completed courses of acupuncture treatment, the treatment group and the control group were by spasticity, ADL, motor function and overall efficiency in many aspects to be evaluated. Differences between the two groups after treatment were significant(P<0.05), spasticity mitigation effect in both groups, but the yin and yangreinforcing-reducing method group than the regular acupuncture treatment group, and also reduce muscle tension; two group could promote the ability to improve their daily lives, but the yin and yang reinforcing-reducing method group than the regular acupuncture treatment group;30patients in the yin and yang reinforcing-reducing method group basically recovered3cases; significant progress in16cases, progress in8cases,3cases, the total effective rate was90%. The regular acupuncture treatment group of30patients basically cured0case, significant progress in10cases, progress in13cases,7cases, the total effective rate of76.7%.Conclusions:Acupuncture has increasingly become the main means of rehabilitation after stroke spastic paralysis, it can effectively restore limb function and reduce the residual polar rate. This article taken scalp international standardization program, according to traditional Chinese medicine dialectical theory of yin and yang combined treatment of acupuncture reinforcing and reducing spastic paralysis of60cases, the effect of yin and yang balance according to the strength of reinforcing and reducing techniques, and achieved a significant effect, reflected in spasm degree of relief, improve muscle tone and reduce the ability of many aspects of daily life. This method of treatment has been clinically proven safe and effective, worthy of further research and promotion. |
