ObjectiveTo study the influence of perioperative health management on postoperative quality of life; Improve patients’ perioperative health knowledge, enhance their abilities to recognize problems and abilities to ask questions; Improve the therapeutic effects and outcomes after CABG; Increase satisfactions in patients who underwent CABG.Methods100patients with coronary artery disease were divided into2groups by different ward, control group and observation group(health management group). The control group patients received traditional nursing care, and was noticed to take medication on time and review when they were discharged. Observation group patients had a thoughtful perioperative arrangement and contents, which was to improve patients’ abilities of self-managements through health education, and make patients cooperate post medication treatments, and abandon bad life style and habits by their own volition, arrange their time for re-examination as required, which could be convenient for data-collection. All patients participating in the survey were monitored about their blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids when admitted to hospital, their nurse would also establish risk-table for CABG, and was responsible for writing and collecting of the SF-36scale, self-rating scale of anxiety, depression and self-assessment table. ResultsThe whole100patients participated in this study insisted on follow-up, with a rate of100%.Evaluate their anxiety, depression and quality of life, and compare the incidence rate of abnormal blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids at pre-operative,l month post-operation and3month post-operation. There is no difference between the two groups’ grade of life quality (P>0.05)、anxiety grade(P>0.05),depression grade (P>0.05)、incidence rate of abnormal blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids (P>0.05) at pre-operation.1month post-operation, observation group’s grade of life quality (P>0.05)、anxiety grade(P>0.05),depression grade (P>0.05)、incidence rate of abnormal blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids (P>0.05),which also has no statistical differences compared with control group.3month post-operation, observation group’s grade of life quality (P<0.05)、anxiety grade(P<0.05),depression grade (P<0.05)、incidence rate of abnormal blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids (P <0.05).Which also has statistical significant differences compared with control group (P<0.05).The observation group’s life quality grade was significantly higher than the control group, whereas anxiety, depression and the incidence rate of abnormal blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids was lower.ConclusionPerioperative health-management could fully mobilize the self-management on patients who underwent CABG, and significantly improvements could be seen3month post-operative on their life-qualities and8detailed aspects, which including physiological function, physical role, social function, etc.Perioperative health-management can help to relieve anxiety and depression on patients who underwent CABG.Perioperative health-management can improve compliance and draw more attention to high risk-factors on patients who underwent CABG, which play an important role on regulations of serum glucose, blood pressure and serum lipid.
