The Study Of FuWeiPingYiTang Treating Precancerous Lesions Of Gastric Cancer Of The Type Of Damp-heat And Blood Stasis

ObjectiveThrough clinical cases observation for the curing of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer of the type of damp-heat and blood stasis by using FuWeiPingYiTang, and discuss the possible mechanism of action.Methods112cases from the Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhuhai outpatient. They all were diagnosed as PLGC of the type of damp-heat and blood stasis.112cases were divide into two groups randomly, in the FuWeiPingYiTang group,56patients taking FuWeiPingYiTang orally two times per day, and in the control group,56patients received omeprazole enteric-coated tablets orally two times per day with20mg each time before meals. The two groups of patients taking the drug for three months. To observe the clinical efficacy, endoscopic efficacy and pathological results of two groups.ResultsThe clinical symptoms improved total effective rate of treatment group was98.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In gastroscopic and pathological effects, the treatment group were superior to the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionFor PLGC of the type of damp-heat and blood stasis, FuWeiPingYiTang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, recovery endoscopic mucosal changes, block or even reverse the gastric precancerous lesions. The mechanism of above curative effect may be related anti-tumor cells, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, improving gastric microcirculation, protecting gastric mucosa and scavenging oxygen radicals, etc. In the course of FuWeiPingYiTang did not find any adverse reactions.
